Feel the adrenalin! A roll of dice cubes bring on shouts of ecstasy or groans of desolation; a game for the thrill seekers… The game of chance! It is coupled with skill and knowledge which enables the participants to formulate strategy. At first glance the table layout does seem daunting but after playing in practice mode you’ll find that it’s quite easy to grasp. You’ll soon be acquainted with the initially peculiar jargon.
Loosen up! Prepare to immerse yourself with a game known for its camaraderie and discover its incredible appeal. The game has some excellent bets and an assortment of awful ones. The objective of Vegas Craps is for the Shooter to do the following:
1. Establish a point on the Come-Out Roll.
2. Make a point by rolling the same number again, before rolling a Seven.
Note:
Four, Five, Six, Eight, Nine, or Ten are the only numbers that can be a point.
The most essential aspect we learn first is the layout of the table. We need only learn one side of the table as it has twin halves. You are only presented with one half of the table in an online casino.

From a front on view of the table, starting at the bottom and working our way towards the top; these are the respective boxes that you will see:
· “Pass Line” is used to make Pass Bets
· “Don’t Pass Bar” is used to make Don’t Pass Bets
· “Filed” is a slightly larger box which includes the numbers 2,3,4,9,10,11,12. The circled numbers 2 & 12 illustrate pay bonuses. This is where Field Bets are made.
· “Big 6/8” Big 6 and Big 8 bets are placed here.
· “COME” box is where the Come Bets are set.
· Box numbers is a series of number boxes 4,5,6,8,9,10 are located behind the Come box. Here Place Bets, Buy Bets, Lay Bets and bets governed by point number are set by the dealer.
· “Don’t Come BAR” is where don’t come bets are made.
· “Don’t Pass Line” is used to make Don’t Pass Bets.
· Series of dice formations are found on the left. Proposition Bets are made here where a series of boxes labeled ‘Seven’, ‘Any Craps’ and two vertical strips of dices permutations are found. Known as lousy bets, not really used.

ONLINE CRAPS - The Action!
The shooter needs to make a line bet – either pass line or don’t pass line. Shooters normally bet the pass line and whilst other players generally support the shooter. The other option is to make a don’t pass bet i.e. a bet opposing the shooters triumph. The payoff for the either a pass bet or don’t pass bet is even money.
The shooters first roll during the opening roll is the Come-out Roll. There are various permutations to win and lose on this dice throw.
Here is a closer look at the rules for a Come-out Roll.
· If the come-out roll is a 7 or 11 (natural) the pass line wins and don’t pass loses. The round ends.
· If the come-out roll is a 2, 3 or 12 (collectively known as Craps), the pass line loses and the don’t pass wins or ties (ties on 12). The round is over.
· If the come out roll is a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 then this number becomes the shooters point. The outcome of the pass line and don’t pass are still to be determined.
· The shooter will keep rolling until one of two things happen:
i. He makes the Point i.e. rolls a point number.
ii. He sevens out i.e. rolls a 7.
· If a point is reached first, pass line wins whilst don’t pass loses
· If the shooter sevens out first, reverse happens. Pass loses and don’t pass wins.
A quick recap:
- 7 is a winner on the come-out roll for pass line bets and 7 is a loser for subsequent rolls. The reverse applies to don’t pass bets.
- After the come-out roll numbers 2, 3, 11, and 12 have no meaning for pass or don’t pass bets.
The above sequence is nitty-gritty of CRAPS and the locomotive that drives the game. If you grasp the come-out roll and its various scenarios, you’re on the right path to becoming a smart player.
